CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS COMMITTEE
WHO?
The Chair shall be appointed by the President, with the approval
of the Board of Directors. The Committee shall consist of
three members, one of whom shall be the appointed Chair. Each
member is appointed for a three-year term and may serve no more
than two terms in succession.
WHAT?
The Committee performs the following functions:

Develops appropriate language for any proposed changes to
the Constitution and Bylaws.

Develops language and a sample ballot, including instructions, for casting
an absentee ballot.
WHEN?
The Committee shall conduct its business via correspondence or
at a meeting.
