CAHPERD is conducting a Membership Drive! If you become a new member, or renew your membership by May 31, 2010, your name will be entered into a drawing for one free registration to the 2011 CAHPERD State Conference in Monterey and one free hotel night stay!

Additionally, if you recruit or refer a friend, student or peer to become a new CAHPERD member, both your name and theirs will be entered into the drawing. In other words, the more people you recruit as CAHPERD members, the more chances you have to win!

Please complete and attach the coupon below when you mail/fax the membership application to the state office to enter your name into the drawing. If you referred a person to become a new member don't forget to mail/fax the coupon with your name as well.

Lapsed members will have an expiration date of 05/2011 after renewing. If your membership is not yet due to renew, your expiration date will be extended for another year. Offer starts April 27, 2010 and ends May 31, 2010.
