Speaker (must have received letter) – $120 / $150

Retired CAHPERD Member – $110 / $125

Student Non-CAHPERD Member – $125 / $135

Once you are logged in, click on ‘Register Myself.’  Complete the registration and then 'Proceed to Checkout' to make your payment.

Members of SHAPE America and/or other state affiliates are eligible for the member rate. Include your membership number in the "questions" and then use the promotion code of NAPEC51 upon checkout to get the member rate. Your membership will be verified and if found to be invalid you could be charged the difference in fees.

Individuals may register with a CREDIT CARD. We greatly appreciate you registering online if possible. If you need to download the Registration Form, click here. Schools or agencies issuing purchase order as payment must submit a copy of the PO, along with a completed registration form for each participant. Please send by US Mail, fax or email, as indicated on the form. 

A dedicated booking website has been created by the San Jose Marriott for this event. You will be able to make, modify and cancel your hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.  The group rate is $154+tax per night.
