General Information
Registration Check-In: On arrival, go to Registration Line opens at 8am Thursday, Feb.1
Pre-registered Guests: On arrival, enter the Pre-Registration Line.
*Early Bird ends October 31
*Pre-Registration ends December 22
Onsite Registration: To save time, please fill out a registration form upon arrival and enter the ONSITE Registration Line.
Cash, Check, Credit or with a Purchase Order made out to CAHPERD are accepted.
Weekend Rate Available: Good for Friday 12pm to Saturday 5pm.
*Beginning at 12pm (noon) on Friday you may pick up your pre-registration packet or register on-site.
*Entry into the conference begins at 12pm. Your materials will not be available until Noon on Friday, no exceptions.
*You cannot register for Thursday Events if you select Weekend Rate. Any Thursday event will require you registering for the full 3-day conference.

Additional Conference details:
- You must be a member at the time of the conference (meaning thru January 31, 2024) to retain member pricing, otherwise you will be asked to renew your membership or pay the non-member rate.
- Renew or Join online and paying membership dues ahead of time
- You may add the dues at the time of conference registration
- Pre-registration will end on December 22. On-site registration will open the first morning of the conference.
- Cancelations up to January 1 are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Please note our New Refund Policy: No refunds will be given, for any reason, after January 1.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Online registration is easy, but you must have an account in our system. This can be a member account or a non-member account. Sign in or create an account and then you'll be able to register. Be sure to include and/or update your email address.
Students must join CAHPERD first and then register in order to receive the student rate. Students must also send a copy of their course schedule to the CAHPERD office via email [email protected] prior to the conference. If not received, you may be charged the difference in fees.
Once you are logged in, click on ‘Register Myself.’ Complete the registration and then 'Proceed to Checkout' to make your payment.
Members of SHAPE America and/or other state affiliates are eligible for the Out-of-State Member rate. Include your SHAPE or State Association membership number in the "questions" . Your membership will be verified and if found to be invalid you could be charged the difference in fees.
We greatly appreciate you registering online if possible with a CREDIT CARD.
By registering for this conference, I hold harmless CAHPERD, Conference location and/or hotel, speaker/attendees participating in the conference, for any and all liability damages that may stem as a result of my participation. I understand that CAHPERD and conference host hotel assume no liability for loss or damage to any person or property.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that you're 18 years or older and your participation in the events by your own free and intentional act, and are fully aware that possible physical injury might occur as a result of your participation in the events. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree participation in these events that you, your successors in interest, heirs, assigns, and representatives, hereby waive all rights of subrogation and fully release, waive, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless CAHPERD and any associated group, officer, directors, employees, and representatives, and location of the event together with their insurers, from any and all claims, labilities, damages, demands, suits or causes of action which are in any way connected with your participation in the events, including for any injury, damage, death, or other loss.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that CAHPERD or anyone with the event organization may take photographs, screenshots, or video during the events for reproduction use that may include social media, website, print or other electronic media.
Parents: Because of legal liability and the concerns of other professionals, children are not allowed at the conference unless they are part of a scheduled program or activity.

Schools or agencies issuing purchase order as payment must submit a copy of the PO, along with a completed registration form for each participant.
