- Educational/Non-Profit Groups can choose from Educational/Non-Profit Sponsorship Packages (PRICE INCLUDES BOOTH and MORE), EXHIBITOR Non-Sponsor (PRICE INCLUDES BOOTH ONLY), and Non-Exhibitor/Non-Sponsor.
3. Select your extra ADD-ON items under PROGRAM, which is below registration, such as Presentation Showcase or Advertisement, including opportunities to sponsor specific conference events.
4. Add to cart and make payment. Your registration as an Exhibitor or a Sponsor should result in a charge other than zero $0.00.

Exhibit Hall
CAHPERD will assign Exhibitor Booths and available on a first-come, first-pay basis.
A demonstration floor will be provided this year in the exhibit hall. A signup will come for that closer to conference time.
Setup is tentatively Thursday morning, however this is subject to change since planning is still happening. More information will be provided soon.
(Approximate) Hours - Thursday, January 23 (5-6pm) NEW Beverages and Booths Social, Friday, January 24, (9am - 4pm) and Saturday, January 25, (8am - 1pm)
The following will be provided with each booth: A single booth 10X10, with a high backdrop and side rails, the booth will be furnished with one skirted 6ft table and two chairs. Each booth will also have a 7”x44” printed sign which identifies the booth occupant. Additional products and electricity can be purchased through our show decorator, TriCord. Information from TriCord will be sent approximately in November.
Booth and Sponsorship Information
Prices are listed for each Event Option. Booths must be staffed throughout all exhibit hours. Become a sponsor and have your booth fees included with the sponsorship. Additionally, sponsors receive a variety of other benefits. Once you become a sponsor at one of our four levels, you can also choose to sponsor specific conference events. Exhibitors can be non-sponsors but will need to add the booth and other selections below the registration.

Need Double Booth - NEW Diamond Sponsors receive a double booth (limited to 3 sponsors). Others should become a sponsors and then add the extra booth under the Program Area below registration.
Commercial Exhibitor Booth
Anyone who intends to make sales in person or online (or take sales orders) is considered a commercial exhibitor and will be given priority in booth assignment over nonprofit and education-affiliated exhibitors. You can register as a Sponsor that comes with a booth, or as a non-sponsor exhibitor.
Educational Exhibitor Booth
Colleges and universities that will only provide information related to educational opportunities at their respective institutions can exhibit in educational booths. You can register as a Sponsor that comes with a booth, or as a non-sponsor exhibitor.
Non-Profit Exhibitor Booth
Any organization recognized by the IRS as a nonprofit/not-for-profit organization, and who promotes their services to our members through free information, brochures, etc. may exhibit in the nonprofit booth category. No sales or sales orders may be a part of these nonprofit exhibits.
An organization must send proof of non-profit status (501) to [email protected]. You can register as a Sponsor that comes with a booth, or as a non-sponsor exhibitor.

Exhibitor Showcase Presentation
The deadline for Showcase is August 31. Priority is given to those received first.
Conference Packet Insert
Your single-item insert (up to 8.5x11) is placed inside the conference pre-registration attendee packet. You must mail 1000 copies to the CAHPERD office by December 1, 2024.
Conference Program Advertisement
The Electronic Conference Program is available to all registered participants. Please submit your advertisement via the Submission Link by December 1, 2024.
Specific Conference Event Sponsorship Opportunities (Check each day for Events to Sponsor)
- Add-on additional specific conference event sponsorship
- Specific conference event sponsorship opportunities are limited to 1 or 2 sponsors
- Receive 3 to 5 minutes of face-time at the specific conference event you sponsor
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that you're 18 years or older and your participation in the events by your own free and intentional act, and are fully aware that possible physical injury might occur as a result of your participation in the events. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree participation in these events that you, your successors in interest, heirs, assigns, and representatives, hereby waive all rights of subrogation and fully release, waive, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless CAHPERD and any associated group, officer, directors, employees, and representatives, and location of the event together with their insurers, from any and all claims, labilities, damages, demands, suits or causes of action which are in any way connected with your participation in the events, including for any injury, damage, death, or other loss.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that CAHPERD or anyone with the event organization may take photographs, screenshots, or video during the events for reproduction use that may include social media, website, print, or other electronic media.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge all Rules and Regulations found within the Conference Packet.
To process a refund, CAHPERD must receive written notice of cancellation from the exhibitor. If notice is given before November 1, 2024, CAHPERD will refund the booth fees less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations after November 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025, will incur a 25% processing fee to offset exhibit set-up costs and commitments that have been completed. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after January 1, 2025, nor for no-shows who fail to provide cancellation notice to CAHPERD.
